2.1 Registration Data. When you create a 1egame account, we collect your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number (Pakistani mobile numbers are accepted, including Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, and Warid), and chosen username and password.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data. To comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and age verification requirements, we may collect copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of address or payment method ownership.
2.3 Financial Data. We collect records of deposit and withdrawal transactions, including the payment method used (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, or USDT TRC20), transaction amounts in PKR, and transaction reference numbers. 8.2 Marketing consent records are retained for three (3) years from the date of consent or last interaction, whichever is later.
8.3 Technical and log data is retained for twelve (12) months and then securely deleted or anonymised.
8.4 Where a player has been subject to a formal self-exclusion, their registration details are retained in a suppression list to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.
9.1 All data in transit between your device and 1egame servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
